Class General Information
Ensemble recorder playing group classes are held twice each year in the spring and fall. Each spring and fall session has an intermediate and advanced class. The group classes meet weekly usually for nine weeks. There are occasional public performances. However, public performances are not the focus of the classes. Instead, the classes provide you a safe and nurturing environment to improve your ensemble recorder playing skills and individual recorder performance and style. If you have multiple recorder instruments, the classes are structured to allow you the opportunity to use those other instruments over the course of the class. In addition, if your skill level is different for your different instruments, then you can enroll in both classes to improve your skill levels for each.
We also have a limited number of scholarships available. To learn about the scholarship qualifications and to apply please request information through Contact Us.
